How long do they last? How often should I get them refilled?

Each extension should last for the remaining lifespan of the natural eyelash. As your natural lashes grow and shed, the extensions will grow and shed with them. Most clients experience enough shedding within 3 weeks to be in need of a refill. Some clients need, or want, to come every 2 weeks. These clients either have a somewhat faster growth cycle, are a little rougher on their lashes, or just prefer to have their lashes at maximum fullness as much as possible.
How full your lashes will look at the end of your refill appointment will be greatly affected by how many lashes you have when you arrive for your appointment- ideally you should have 50% of your extensions still on at refill time. Please keep this in mind when determining how long to wait to schedule your refill. Also arriving on time for your appointments will ensure you will receive the maximum amount of eyelashes. I require at least 25% of your extensions to be remaining at the time of your service to qualify for a refill service. Waiting more than 5 weeks between appointments will require another full set appointment.

How long does the initial application take?

The initial application of your eyelash extensions will take approximately 2 hours.

Will they damage my natural lashes?

When applied correctly, eyelash extensions do not damage your natural lash.  Certified lash artists will apply to only one natural lash, and will apply an extension that is the appropriate weight and length to ensure the integrity of your natural lash.

Can I swim, shower, exercise, tan, and/or sauna?

For the most part, you can live your life as normal while wearing extensions. Prolonged and excessive exposure to heat, humidity, and water may lessen the life of your lashes, but will not make them fall off.

How do I care for my eyelash extensions

Caring for your eyelash extensions is surprisingly easy. Two main factors in keeping your lashes healthy and full are regular cleansing & being gentle with your extensions. I will give you more specific instructions and tips at the time of your service.
